Our hearts and our baskets are FULL!! 🛒🥕A big thank you to Upper Canada Village for partnering with Community Food Share in our annual Garden Gleaning day! Their generosity allowed our volunteers to successfully harvest 213 pounds of fresh produce for the individuals and families that we serve 🏠❤️
